    This is my dad. He’s been my best friend ever since I was born. He’s the most important person in the world to me, and has recently been diagnosed with kidney cancer. Right now it’s only in his kidney. If he waits a while to get the procedure done to get it removed, it will spread throughout his body. My dad is so afraid that he’s in denial. He didn’t even tell my brother and I, my mom had to be the one to tell us. He lives 1500 miles away from me and I see him 4 times a year (if I’m lucky). It’s been three months since he found out, but the doctors said he’s had it for a year. I don’t know what I would ever do if I lost my best friend because he made the decision to not get the procedure done.

    If this gets at least 50k notes, I will decide to show this post to my dad. Yes, I know this isn’t going to cure his cancer, but I’m doing everything I can to motivate him to get the surgery. I’m only 17 and I want my dad to walk me down the aisle when I’m older. Please show him that he’s not alone and that you care. This might save his life. Please. 

    Jesus Christ, save him. please get this to 50k.

    I do care. Please, everyone help. It hurts so much to lose a father. I don’t want anyone else of you to actually lose a father so early that you wouldn’t have someone walk down the aisle with you. I hope this gets to 50k notes and that your father changes his mind. You can only ever have one father.

  8.   aimez-vous: Today, I met a very special girl. I was at the mall with my brother shopping and while we were at the food court, we saw this little girl. Her name is Hana. She is THE ONLY person in California who is diagnosed with Progeria. Just last night we found out about her, and watched her videos all over tumblr & youtube. We approached her at the mall today, and I started talking to her. She was very tiny, and very soft spoken,  She was telling my brother and I how she met Selena Gomez and how she made the little bracelet for her. She even gave my mom a kiss on the cheeks. AND YES SHES ALIVE. People started a nasty rumor last night that she has passed away, obviously it is NOT true since we met her 2 hours ago. And ITS spreading. She was with her teacher, and we exchanged emails. She personally asked my brother & I to spread it all over that she is alive and well, so here I am trying helping out.  I will post the email her teacher sent me soon. If you could please reblog and help Hana out, and spread the word that she is alive & well, please reblog this regardless that it wont match your tumblr theme. Lets help her out, and encourage her to stay strong.
